چکیده
Ammonium Hydroxide production unit (AHPU) is one of the widely used and important units available in many industries such as oil gas, petrochemical, power plants. In this research, for first time, a detailed systematic inspection maintenance plan AHPU is determined based on prioritization equipment using equipment’s risk analysis. Equipment’s failure calculated based probability consequence according to American Petroleum Institute Recommended Practice (API RP) 581. Different strategies were designed compared considering several criteria like safety, cost, feasibility analytic hierarchy process. Then risk-based optimal policy each group equipment was identified. Finally results showed that, identified high or medium risk level liquid ammonia storage tank its related pipes, should has preventive with an period 48 months. While medium ammonium hydroxide storage tank and low-risk absorption tank, have corrective maintenance inspection period 72 90 months, respectively.

Extended abstract 1- Introduction Floods are one of the natural events that cause human casualties and damage to buildings, facilities, gardens, fields, and natural resources every year. Urbanization disturbs the balance of slopes through indirect intrusion within watersheds, kills vegetation, soil compaction, and changes in the profile of waterways, increases the severity of floods, and incr...
